Illinois City Explores Unique Housing Solution

An Aurora, Illinois school district that recently completed a city-wide assessment estimates there are about 510 foreclosed properties within city limits. In addition, there are an estimated 1,260 more homes headed towards foreclosure. Late last year, Aurora's Mayor proposed a unique solution.
