NIBP Extended Through 2012

Last week, just before breaking for the Thanksgiving holiday, the Treasury Department gave state Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs) something to be thankful for. After numerous discussions and struggles to address legal, programmatic and other issues, Treasury announced it is extending the New Issue Bond Program (NIBP).
