Affordable housing developers who seek government funding for their projects are often faced with complicated and multi-layer processes that have to be repeated for federal and state agencies. In an effort to reduce these redundancies, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has announced a first-ever Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
