On Tuesday, July 27, Rosie Rios - U.S. Treasurer - joined Washington, D.C. city officials at the groundbreaking ceremony for a new affordable housing project. The project was made possible by funding received through Section 1602 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Tax Act of 2009.
