Franklin, Massachusetts to Submit Updated Affordable Housing Plan

Massachusetts state law requires communities to submit affordable housing plans every five years. The town of Franklin submitted its last plan in 2004, which means an updated version is overdue. The Franklin Planning Department submitted its suggested revisions on July 26, and they were accepted that day by the Franklin Planning Board.
