Welcome to the Deal Analyzer. Use this system to submit your deals for analysis.

Before you get started, you'll want to make sure you have all the information you need to complete each page. Please assure you have information on:

• The unit mix including the breakdown on unit types including bedrooms, baths, square footages, current rents, fair market rents and section 8 fair market rents
• Existing subsidies in place on the property
• The past 3 years of financials including a full breakdown of income and expenses
• Existing debt (if there is any)
• The condition of the property including estimates for repairs and an outline of the property needs both inside and out

You should be past the point of having simply heard about a property, and already be in possession of the full packet of information from the seller or broker such that you can complete all of the mandatory fields on the following pages.
